WHO: Winemakers Hugo Truter and Pieter-Neil, wine entrepeneur Pieter Walser and Woolworths Wine Selector Allan Mullins selected and prepared the base wines. The Parlotones (Kahn , Neil, Paul, Glenn) put together the blend.

MADE FROM: Cabernet Sauvignon (54%), Shiraz (23%), Pinotage (12%), Cabernet Franc (11%). 56% of the grapes from Wellington, 44% from Stellenbosch.

HOW: Maturation in second and third fill barrels before blending.

WHAT ALCOHOL: 14%
